While this piece is about me I want you to know my every ounce of energy is spent trying to make your experience an “outstanding experience” and proving to you it’s really “about how I can best serve you” and all your realestate needs. I want to earn the right to be “Your Real Estate Consultant for Life”.
Before joining Coldwell Banker in Menlo Park, CA I spent over 30 years helping businesses plan for their growth through interior design and office furniture fulfillment. I have helped furnish businesses of all sizes from small to large throughout the bay area and many far reaching parts of the United States. This has been a wonderful experience helping people and businesses grow and prosper.
Four years ago I decided to fulfill my real passion by becoming a real estate consultant helping people sell and acquire homes. This has always been of significant interest to me my entire career and so I decided to follow my heart and jump in. What a great move and what a great experience it has been so far. What I found early on is how much I like this [real estate] business, and how incredibly good it feels for me to be helping people with their personal property. The fit of a Brioni suit comes to mind. I am extremely energized every single day and can’t wait to get started. If you know a little bit about real estate careers you know they almost don’t have a starting or stopping point but continue on endlessly. I knap each evening for 6-8 hours.
I am so fascinated with technology that I am constantly looking for new and better ways to serve my clients with world class technologies and currently use most of what is available for modern day real estate consultants. These technologies include things like “lead router” where when people anywhere in the world visit Coldwell Banker or any number of major real estate sites they are directed to an agent in seconds of registering an inquiry. The search tools today are beyond belief in their effectiveness to bring market information [map or statelite] to everyone with a computer and internet connection. As a result I have thousands of people from all over the world searching the micro markets from San Francisco to Monterey to Sacramento with exceptional accuracy using the tools found on my website www.joeparsonsRE.com. Additionally, I have finally learned how to use the highly effective Google Engines to bring buyers to my “All about You Website” www.searchredwoodcityproperties.com for added information and help. My Blackberry cell phone gives me the ability to read and respond to any email or phone call no matter where I am all my non-knapping day. I can even perform searches from anywhere I happen to be.
All businesses must have structure, organization, and vision to be successful. It takes a village to be successful so I found a most remarkable organization called www.byreferralonly.com where I go for help, encouragement, ideas, and direction. This organizaiton founded by one of the current day giants in real estate, Joe Stumpf, grows exponentially every year attracting new and seasoned real estate agents alike. Their philosophy is simple; do such an outstanding job with each and every person you encounter that they will gladly refer you to family, friends, and people they care about who are also looking for a great real estate experience. There is no arrival date or certificate granted, this is a journey where “progress not perfection” is our mantra. We are all students striving to become “higher versions” of ourself. The genius is in the simplicity.
